Work vehicles / Marine components
Trucks and Marine Loads
A truck relocation and a marine component shipment can require very different loading arrangements. Heavy Haul Transporting starts with the vehicle or cargo as it will travel, its dimensions, weight and the conditions at each end of the move.
Our heavy haulers use your actual equipment details to discuss transportation options across the lower 48 states and Canada.

Describe the Vehicle or Marine Cargo
Work Trucks and Specialty Vehicles
Send the make, model, overall dimensions and actual weight. Identify mounted equipment, overhangs and the vehicle’s operating condition so the transportation discussion reflects the truck being moved.
Boat Components and Crated Parts
For roofs, assemblies or other marine components, provide the packaged dimensions and gross weight. Identify support points and available loading equipment, and include photos of the prepared cargo.
Boats and Marine Equipment Inquiries
For a complete boat or other marine equipment, explain whether it has a road trailer, cradle or another support arrangement. Supply the transport dimensions and ask us to review the proposed move before assuming a hauling setup.

Prepare the Cargo Before Scheduling
Confirm the Transportation Dimensions
Measure the complete vehicle or packaged component in its shipping configuration. Include mounted equipment, supports, cradles and projections. Separate vessel dimensions from the overall dimensions of a boat-and-trailer combination.
Explain How It Will Be Loaded
Tell our heavy haulers whether the vehicle can drive, steer and brake, or whether lifting equipment is required. For marine cargo, identify who supplies and operates any loading resources and what support instructions apply.
Coordinate Pickup and Receiving Access
Provide site hours, gate access, appointment requirements and the contact at each location. Tell us if the cargo must move between a yard, repair facility, marina or another receiving point.
Trucks and Marine Shipping Questions
What should I send for a truck quote?
Include photos, make and model, length, width, height, weight, operating condition, route and preferred dates. Describe any mounted equipment or overhangs.
Can you use the same trailer for every truck?
The example describes one shipment’s recorded equipment. A new truck or marine move needs review using its own size, weight, loading method and access conditions.
